Surgical breast consultations
with Jessica Stolp, PA-C and non-surgical aesthetic consultations (including EmpowerRF phone consults)
Follow Up
Post-surgical visits to monitor your healing, recovery, and results
Devices
Appointments for the EmpowerRF (Vtone or FormaV), the Evolve, or the Sciton Laser (BBL or HALO) treatments
Injectables
Schedule neurotoxin (e.g., Botox, Dysport, etc.) or filler treatments
Booking notes and policies

Some appointment types will require a non-refundable booking fee to reserve the appointment
Cancellations or rescheduling: appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in a $100 charge or forfeiture of your booking fee/deposit
