Appointments for EmpowerRF (Vtone or FormaV), Evolve, Sciton Laser, microneedling, or chemical peel treatments
Injectables
Schedule neurotoxin (e.g., Botox, Dysport, etc.) or filler treatments
Booking policies
Great care starts with a great experience — and that begins before you even walk in the door. A few things to know before you book:
A credit card is required to complete your online booking and will be stored securely on file.
Consultations
$150
Fee forfeited if canceled within 24 hours.
Consultation fee. A $150 non-refundable consultation fee is charged at booking — this fee not is returned under any circumstance. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, this fee may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the fee is forfeited.
New patients booking non-surgical treatments. A non-refundable $150 new patient fee is due at your first visit and applied as a credit toward non-surgical services. If services total less than $150, the remainder is non-refundable.
Cancellations & no-shows.
Longer Treatments
$300
Deposit forfeited if canceled within 48 hours — e.g. Morpheus8, Thermage, EmpowerRF, select lasers
Other Appointments
$100
Charge if canceled within 24 hours.
Insurance. We are a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance for any services.
